If you used the ONCHAIN® embedded wallet, your tokens will appear automatically—no extra steps needed.
If you used a third-party wallet like MetaMask or Trust Wallet, some tokens don’t display by default. You may need to add them manually.

Once added, your balance should display correctly. If you’re still not seeing it after adding the token, contact support with your order ID and wallet address so we can check the transaction.
