I don’t see my crypto in my wallet

How to check if it’s a display issue in MetaMask or Trust Wallet.

If you completed your purchase but don’t see the crypto in your wallet, don’t panic. The transaction most likely went through—it may just not be showing in your wallet app.

👉 If you used the ONCHAIN® embedded wallet: Your crypto should appear automatically. If it doesn’t, this may indicate a deeper issue—reach out to support with your order ID so we can help.

👉 If you used a third-party wallet (like MetaMask or Trust Wallet): Sometimes tokens don’t display by default, but you can add them manually.

Common reasons in third-party wallets

  • Network mismatch: Make sure your wallet is set to the correct network (e.g. Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon).

  • Token not displayed: Some wallets don’t automatically show new tokens until you add them.

What to try in MetaMask

  1. Open MetaMask and check you’re on the right network.

  2. If the token isn’t visible, scroll down and select “Import tokens.”

  3. Enter the token’s contract address (you can find this on the project’s website or block explorer).

What to try in Trust Wallet

  1. Open Trust Wallet and tap the filter icon in the top right.

  2. Search for the token name. If it’s supported, toggle it on to display.

  3. If it doesn’t appear, select “Add Custom Token” and paste the contract address.

If you’ve confirmed the network and added the token but still don’t see it, contact support with your order ID and wallet address so we can take a look.
