I used the wrong wallet or network by mistake

What happens if your crypto isn’t showing up.

If you entered the wrong wallet address or selected the wrong network during checkout, your crypto may not appear where you expected.

Common situations

  • Wrong network in wallet: If you bought an asset on Ethereum but your wallet is set to BNB Chain (or vice versa), the balance won’t display until you switch to the correct network.

  • Wallet not set up for that token: Some wallets don’t auto-recognize new tokens—you may need to add the token manually (see: MetaMask guide, Trust Wallet guide).

  • Wrong address: If you entered an address that doesn’t belong to you, ONCHAIN® can’t reverse or recover the funds.

What to do

  1. Double-check you’re on the right network in your wallet.

  2. Add the token manually if it’s not showing (links above).

  3. If you still don’t see it, reach out to support with your order ID and wallet address so we can confirm the transaction.
