Why was my card charged but I didn’t receive crypto yet?

Sometimes it can look like your card was charged, but the cryptocurrency hasn’t arrived yet. This can happen for a few reasons:

Why this happens

  • Pending holds: Your bank may place a temporary hold on funds while the payment processor confirms the transaction. If the payment fails, the hold usually disappears within a few business days.

  • Network congestion: If the blockchain is busy, your transaction might take longer than usual to confirm.

  • Bank or processor checks: Occasionally, extra fraud-prevention checks cause a short delay.

What to do

  1. Check your wallet to confirm the crypto hasn’t already arrived.

  2. Wait a few minutes—most delayed payments resolve automatically.

  3. If you still don’t see the crypto after 5+ minutes, contact support with your order ID, the approximate purchase time, and the wallet address you used.
