My payment is stuck or pending

Sometimes a payment doesn’t confirm right away and shows as pending. This usually isn’t an error—it just means extra checks are happening before your crypto is released.

Common reasons

  • Bank checks: Your card issuer may hold the charge until you confirm it in your banking app.

  • Network congestion: A busy blockchain can take a little longer to confirm.

  • Security reviews: Occasionally, additional fraud-prevention checks are triggered.

What to do

  1. Check your banking app for any approval prompts or alerts.

  2. Wait a few minutes—most pending payments resolve automatically.

  3. Avoid retrying immediately, as duplicate attempts can create more delays.

If your payment is still pending after 5+ minutes, contact support with your order details (time, amount, order ID and wallet address).
