For most customers, KYC is a one-time step. Once you’ve completed it successfully, you won’t be asked again for future purchases.
In some cases, you may be asked to verify again—this usually depends on factors such as your location, purchase amount, or other circumstances.
At ONCHAIN®, our goal is to remove as much friction as possible from the buying process. Over time, KYC will apply across all ONCHAIN®-integrated interfaces, including those we add in the future—so you only need to complete it once to use the full ecosystem.
