What is ONCHAIN®?

ONCHAIN® is the simplest way to buy digital assets directly on-chain. You search for a token, choose how you want to pay, pick where it should be delivered, and confirm—typically in seconds.

Where do I start?

Go to onchain.money, search any token by name or contract, and open its checkout flow. You can also open a direct ONCHAIN® link shared by a friend or a project.

Do I need a wallet to begin?

No. When you sign up, you get an embedded wallet inside your ONCHAIN® Account that works instantly.
You can also add any external wallet address (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, hardware wallets) to receive purchases there.

How does buying work?

  1. Search for a token on onchain.money or open a direct link.

  2. Enter an amount.

  3. Select a payment method.

  4. Choose a delivery wallet or external address.

  5. Confirm—and ONCHAIN® sends the asset on-chain.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment methods appear automatically based on what’s available for your region and device. Options may include debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and—in managed availability—stablecoins.

How fast are purchases?

Most purchases are delivered within seconds to a few minutes after payment completes. Network or payment-provider delays are rare but possible.

Can I use my own wallet?

Yes. Add any self-custody wallet address to your address book and use it as the delivery destination during checkout.

Why are some tokens not available to buy?

If an asset doesn’t appear or shows a “Not available for trading” message, it likely didn’t pass minimum liquidity or safety checks (Smart Guardrails). You can still manually view the token on onchain.money, but it may not be purchasable at that moment.

Do I need to complete KYC?

Only if it’s required for your first qualified purchase. If you aren’t asked, you can continue without it. Most orders with fiat payment methods will require KYC.

Where can I see my purchases?

All completed transactions appear in your ONCHAIN® Account under Transactions, including receipts and details like network, amount, and delivery address.
