Do I always need to complete KYC?
No. You’ll only be asked if it’s required for your first qualified purchase. If you don’t see a prompt, you can continue without it.
How long does KYC take?
Most verifications finish in a few minutes. In some circumstances, it may take longer.
Is it one-time?
For most customers, yes. You generally won’t be asked again unless your limits or circumstances change.
What documents are accepted?
Usually a government-issued, unexpired ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID). Sometimes proof of address may also be required, depending on your location.
What if my verification fails?
You can retry with a clearer photo or a different document. If you’re still stuck, contact support and we’ll assist.
